I'm a fairly loyal Discount Tire customer. Bought from them previously. This time my experience was below average. Had to replace only one tire (unrepairable damage). Bought the tire and scheduled an appointment on their website. Arrived on time, was greeted promptly. Then it was a little over 30 minutes before my car was even taken in to the shop. Total time was 1 hour. Noticed a couple grease smudges on my light gray leather seat. Then on the way home the TPMS system didn't reset correctly. Called from home and went back a few minutes later. On the way, I got the system reset on my own. Still went to the store, just to let them know I fixed it myself and to mention the grease marks. I got a sincere apology but all things considered, I was not a happy customer.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I've had at Discount Tire. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to speak with someone at the counter. There were only two employees working the front, and while one appeared to be assisting customers, the other seemed to be moving very slowly despite there being more than 10 people waiting in line. It was frustrating to see the lack of urgency and organization. Appointments should be respected, and customers should at least be acknowledged when wait times become excessive. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and would suggest considering another Discount Tire store if possible.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. Josh, Matt, and the rest of the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and great communication from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly while still being very thorough with checking my tires and explaining everything clearly. They also did an alignment for me, and I appreciated how detailed and thorough they were with that process as well. Their prices were very reasonable and honestly the best I found around. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, and this team really delivered. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with the team here. Everyone seemed friendly and professional. My tire was repaired quickly and I was back on the road under an hour from when I pulled in. Couldn’t ask for anything better other than maybe not ever having the screw AND nail in one tire. Highly recommend.

The best tire experience I ever had! These guys are pros The place is very clean. Great warranty on tires. Good pricing! Good turn around. The salesman are nice! They even made sure my low tire pressure light was reset!
